M contends that if you look at this picture really quickly it looks like the dog's legs are my legs. (M was dog-sitting for some friends.) Sometimes I see it, sometimes I don't! This was taken on our weekly hike on Tuesday. On this day, life was totally normal and M's departure was still undefined and we had no concrete reason to believe it would happen anytime soon. What a difference a couple of days makes. We can't go back. Time's a real bitch that way.—SF
