Harrison Ford's son delayed our interview for 30 minutes so I've got some time to post pics from my day. Since I talk so much about yoga and bike riding, I figure you'd like some context. Here's the approach to my gym (it's actually a rock-climbing gym and it's the first building you see on the left), where I take yoga classes three days a week. You can see the Golden Gate Bridge in the background. And off to the right, beyond the grass, is the ocean.

Here's the beautiful studio where I practice. It looks peaceful now, but gets very muggy and gross with all the sweaty bodies after a 75-minute class.

By the way, I'm supposed to Skype with Keiko tonight about her upcoming visit. She'll be here in less than three weeks! I was resourceful and scored her a stroller, high chair and portable crib so she doesn't have to lug all that equipment across the Pacific Ocean for Laila. I'm worried about my money situation though. It's no fun to visit someone who's broke as a joke. Nor is it any fun to visit someone who's always complaining about her financial status. I'm just thinking back to a year ago when I was visiting her in Kyoto and had money to spare. Heck, the year before that was even better. Those days are over. For now, anyway. Hopefully.
