It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

They were constructing the annual iceskating rink at Bryant Park on the eve of Halloween. Some of the holiday booths were already open, but I suspect they were trying to catch some sales from the international marathon crowd that weekend. The Christmas tree isn't up yet but there is plenty of Sinatra being heard. I panned to get a bit of motion blur in the background but I lack a lot of control with my trusty point and shoot camera. So I did a little Photoshopping and blurred the background out a bit more. —NY
