Today's Lunch

I ate/drank and unusually healthy lunch today. Carrot, beet, apple and kale juice along with Tuscan white bean soup with spinach. I had to put my smiley stress ball in the pic because I was so proud of myself. I spoiled it later with a second cup of coffee for the day and a pack of peanut M&Ms. —NY

  1. Liquid lunch. Nice work. I've done well to bring my lunch everyday to work. Today I had a chicken salad that was on the verge of spoiling (I ate it anyway); a salad of fresh beets, corn and basil; and a nashi. Tomorrow: sandwich of butter, sharp white cheddar and avocado; a tiny single serving size sweet potato, roasted; one slice of prosciutto de parma; white wine grapes; half of a gigantic mixed-fruit cookie from Spruce.
