Cans

I snapped this pic Monday morning and I couldn't believe this guy was wheeling himself and his cans right down the middle of 7th Ave at 9am! I just didn't get it. Then it hit me later that there is no way he could move on the jammed sidewalks at 9am or any other time and he has probably been hassled by cops for being in the bus lane so he was pushing this thing along like he was driving a car. He was not crossing the street though it might look like it in the picture.—NY
