Would love a parklet here

In response to your post about parklets: They do sometimes block off whole or major portions of streets in Manhattan, like Times Square and some portions of Broadway but never anything like your cute parklet. And to be honest with the lack of alleys in the city I am not sure it would be the best idea. But then again, they do have outdoor seating. I just guess they are not so popular during trash pick up days.—NY
