See that delectable medium-rare cheeseburger? It's actually a veggie burger made with beets and lentils from a vegetarian restaurant called Source. It was delicious! This coming from a devout carnivore whose mouth waters at the mere thought of pork. I even felt guilt after eating it just like I do with regular cheeseburgers. Of course there was plenty of fat to help the cause: avocado, provolone cheese, french fries. The char from the flat-top also helped with flavor and texture. A great option for Meatless Mondays!—SF
