I put the remainder of my juicing provisions (kale, spinach, celery, romaine, cucumber, meyer lemon, granny smith apple, ginger) into a water bath to perk them up before they get pulverized. I got the recipe from a local frozen yogurt shop that sells fresh juice. They call this one "Glowing Green." They charge $5.50 for 16 oz. I should figure out how much I'm actually saving. I'd be curious. I'll report back.—SF
