Easy as Pie!
Today I made my first ever pizza dough! I could not believe how easy it was . . . with the help of the missus' stand mixer. The dough got high marks from the missus as well and she even requested a second bacon and corn personal pie.—NY
Admirable, very admirable. I tend to avoid recipes that require making dough. But I guess a stand mixer would be helpful. I've also seen Giada and the Barefoot Contessa make dough in their food processor!
